An interactive panel discussion focusing on the future of funding, settlement options and practical implications for practitioners in 1975 Act claims post-Hirachand v Hirachand. The audience will hear from the counsel team for the Respondent in the Supreme Court case and have the rare opportunity to hear from the bench on these issues including Sir Nicholas Francis (former High Court Judge of the Family Division) and Master McQuail (Chancery Master).
We hope you can join us on the day. With wine and canapés served afterwards, it will be a great opportunity to meet the speakers and continue the conversation.
