For the avoidance of doubt, the Association makes plain that the List in no way serves as a form of further accreditation by the Association, and the Association has no responsibility whatever for any listed member.
Nor does the List provide any warranty whatever about a listed member’s mediation competency, mediation experience or mediation qualification.
Moreover, the Association cannot recommend any particular listed Mediator, and the Association is not acting as a Mediation referrer or mediation panel.
It is therefore for anyone using the List to satisfy themselves on all aspects of any listed member they determine to instruct. In addition the List has been compiled from information provided by members on a given date.
